Download the proxy/sub-proxy form Attach the proxy and/or the statement fully completed, legible and duly signed (allowed files: PDF, JPG or JPEG). All fields are mandatory.

The file shall be deemed successfully received by TERNA S.p.A. only if the user receives a confirmation page, which the Representative is kindly requested to print and keep. The Company reserves the right not to accept proxies electronically transmitted with damaged or illegible files.
